SHABBAT MORNING GROUPS: Thank you to Esti Munk for leading the Shabbat groups this week. The groups will meet from 10:30 to 11:30 am.

KOL HaNA’ARIM TALIT: Please notify Bonnie Drazen at with the new names of boys under the age of 13 and girls under the age of 12 as of Simchat Torah, to be added to last year’s talit. FLOWERS FOR ROSH HASHANAH & SUKKOT: We have an opportunity to beautify our homes for the chaggim. We will be ordering roses (white or mixed blue & white) and mixed flower bouquets for Yom Tom as a fundraiser. The cost will be $25 per dozen/bouquet. Beit Midrash for Women- This week on September 2, 2009, Merav Possick will resume the study of Shmuel Bet. All women are welcome every Wednesday morning, 9 AM, in the home of Faye Newman (7916 Stanford).

Ulpan at Young Israel, taught by Gilat Gastfraind, will occur Monday & Tuesday evenings from October through March (1st semester, October 12th - December 15th; 2nd semester, January 4th - March 9th).
