SHUL PROGRAMS

SCHEDULE FOR THE WOMEN’S SHUIR: The following is the schedule for the women’s shuirim this summer: Shira Yablok on July 10th, Lisa Goldenhersh on July 24th, and Alison Zaromb on August 7th. All of the shiurim take place in the social hall and begin at 4:45 pm.

HAVERIM BOOK CLUB: We are reading "The Coffee Trader” by David Liss. The book is available at the Brodsky library. The next discussion will be Shabbat, July 17, at 4:30 pm at the Sukhodolsky home.

TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALLGAME: The 4th Annual Cardinal Baseball Event will be Tuesday, August 17th against the Milwaukee Brewers. The game begins at 7:15 pm. Cost is $9.50/adult and $7/child. A Mincha/Maariv minyan will be held at the ballpark. Please contact the office for tickets as soon as you can.

NOTED AUTHOR TO SPEAK: On Sunday July 11, 7:00 pm, Dr Rivkah Blau will speak at Young Israel. Her topic is: Analyzing Challenges in TaNaKh: Single Life, Marriage, and Family. The event is sponsored by the Sarah Adelman Memorial Fund. Minimum donation: $18/family.
