MAY 27–29 – RABBI SHLOMO RISKIN - . Torah MiTzion Kollel and Young Israel will be hosting Scholar-In-Residence, Rabbi Shlomo Riskin, of Efrat & Ohr Torah Stone Institutions.  From Sunday - Tuesday, over thirty shlichim from Ohr Torah Stone's Straus-Amiel Institute will join Rabbi Riskin in St. Louis for a rabbinic and educators conference, including many learning opportunities for the community.

TRANSPLANT SCREENING: On Lag Ba' Omer, Sunday, May 22 from 10 am. to noon, please join us and help save a life as NCSY will provide a Bone Marrow Transplant screening and information drive at Nusach Hari Bnai Zion. The NCSYers, with direction from the Gift Of Life Bone Marrow Foundation, will distribute information and coordinate the screening, which is a simple gum swab test. You can help to fulfill a tremendous need for lifesaving bone marrow in our own community and save a life. JEWISH UNITY LIVE: will be Sunday May 22nd, 7:00 pm at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel. BLOCK GALA: The BYHS Gala, to be held on May 16 at the Crowne Plaza, is a tribute to the memory of Yetra Goldberg and a celebration of 30 years of BYHS graduates. Also at the gala, Wayne Dugge will receive the Devoted Teacher Award.

Registration is now open for Derech Eretz Camp for the summer of 2011 Monday, July 25th to Friday August 12th, 2011. Camp is for children entering Kindergarten through 11th grade in the fall of 2011. A special separate camping program is planned for the older grades.
