ADELE AND FRANK HOFFMAN SHABBAT CHINUCH: Shabbat Bereshit, October 25th. We are asking all of our parents to submit the names of their Kindergarten and 1st graders to the office so the appropriate number of books can be purchased. We are also looking for sponsors for the kiddush, and help to shop for it, decorate the hall, and set up the kiddush on Shabbat.

SUKKOT ON THE FARM: Chabad is sponsoring a fun evening at Stacy Park on Thursday, October 16th, 4-6pm, RAIN OR SHINE. There will be food, music, hay rides, a petting zoo, and other activities for our children. Admission is free. Dinner is $6.00.
NCSY SIMCHAT HACHAG: to be the home of Erich & Bonnie Drazen, 8135 Amherst, on Tuesday night, October 14th, the Second night of Yom Tov, at 9:30pm

SUSHI NIGHT: The BYHS Boy’s Senior Class is also sponsoring a take-out Sushi night on October 19th (Sunday Chol HaMoed Sukkot) at Young Israel. Order forms are available at the Shul and can be dropped off at 4 locations. Orders must be in by Thursday, Oct 16th. Pick up time will be from 4:30 pm – 6:30 pm on the 19th.

Mishnat Pinchas, the TMK parent/child learning begins 5 minutes after the start of Kiddush downstairs in Young Israel.
